The Emeya is set to enter production later this year, with the first European deliveries scheduled to start this autumn. Prices for this high-performing EV start at £94,950 and go up to £129,950 for the top-tier 905bhp R model.

An estate-bodied version of the Emeya could also be in the works, potentially giving Lotus a fourth 'lifestyle' model line and providing a direct rival to the Porsche Taycan Sport Turismo.
