Mansory has long been a name synonymous with extreme automotive modifications, but the latest Venatus S 900 might just take the cake. Tuning a Lamborghini Urus to the brink of insanity, this hyper SUV fuses outrageous aesthetics with mind-bending performance, making it a divisive yet enthralling spectacle on wheels.
Aesthetic Overload: A Visual Feast or Fiasco?
From the first glance, it’s apparent that the Mansory Venatus S 900 is no ordinary vehicle. The front fascia has been extensively reworked, featuring a new hood, an assertive fat apron with canards, and additional daytime running lights. The numerous bumper attachments ensure this SUV stands out, even amidst other luxury makes.
As your eyes wander to the back, the transformation continues. Widened wheel arches with fender attachments, redesigned side mirror caps, and hefty side skirts stretch along the vehicle's flanks. The rear is arguably the most eye-catching section, with a flashier diffuser, dual integrated tailpipes, and not one, but two wings, crowning the roof and tailgate.
Color and Carbon: A Styling Experiment
This Venatus S 900 sports a matte green finish, adorned with yellow accents and the ubiquitous forged carbon fiber that Mansory loves to incorporate. The addition of the Italian flag motif gives a nod to its heritage, albeit amidst an embellishment that risks sensory overload.
The wheels are, as expected, attention-grabbing, dividing opinions as vehemently as the rest of the car’s design choices. To top it off, Mansory's logo usurps the traditional Raging Bull emblem, showcasing the tuner’s audacious branding statement.
Interior: A Cockpit Redefined
Yellow threads its way from the exterior into the cockpit of this unique SUV. Seats, dashboard, headliner, pillars, center console, door cards, seatbelts, and even the steering wheel are touched by its bold hue. Mansory’s choice to alternate seat colors – black for the driver's seat and yellow for the front passenger's – amps up the customized feel.
The cabin also likely extends this color scheme into the rear seats, although these were not pictured in the tuner’s promotional images.
Performance: Beast Mode Activated
The suffix in the S 900's name isn't just for show; it signifies a beastly power output of 900 metric horses (887 brake horsepower). Torque is just as impressive, peaking at 811 pound-foot. This shocking upgrade makes the Venatus S 900 more forceful than a stock Lamborghini Urus Performante, which already boasts an outstanding 0-62 mph time of 3.3 seconds and a top speed of 190 mph (306 kph).
Thanks to Mansory’s performance enhancements, the Venatus S 900 reaches 62 mph in a mere 2.9 seconds, maxing out at an astonishing 200 mph (323 kph). Counterbalancing this performance, the model claims a fuel efficiency of approximately 15.8 miles per gallon (14.9 l/100 km) and emits around 355 grams per kilometer of CO2.
While it may not be Mansory's most notorious Lamborghini Urus creation, the Venatus S 900's audacious design and thrilling performance make it unforgettable. Whether you find it a masterpiece or a mishap, one thing's clear: the Mansory Venatus S 900 is in a class of its own.
