When you go car shopping, you prepare for war. You have to haggle and be shrewd or else the car salesman WILL take advantage of you. I felt this dealership and these salesman are honest. There was no haggling or games. It was simple and straightforward and they explained where their numbers were coming from. I appreciate this a lot, enough to come back for my future cars and recommend this dealership to friends.

Service dept. lacks communication and failed to answer the phone 6 consecutive times over 2 days with no call back. Then, they tried charging me $1400 for 3 sensors for about $300 in parts. They reduced to just under $1000 upon me challenging their claim. They told me "opps, our mistake". I call b.s. So I took the vehicle home to realize the engine light came back on so I returned to dealership. The dealership said it was now the Cat. Converter and another $1100. After my initial experience with this service dept. I decided to take the vehicle to another another Chevy dealer to discover that the Cat converter was actually covered under warranty, Why didnt Wentworth service disclose this to me. Really? I believe this place is a scam, service dept is over worked and the service desk seems stressed and kaotic. Don't offer me donuts while you try to rip me off. They must really need service revenue at Wentworth Chevrolet and I sincerely recommend you get a second opinion before throwing your dollars at them. I don't trust this organization or management team and Will NEVER take any vehicle to this rediculous dealership. They can keep their lousy donuts, just do the right thing.
