I was searching for a specific Toyota and Ron Williams, number one salesman in California, took it on with no reservations and kept me informed along the way until we had our dream truck sitting on his lot. when we went to pick it up, they made it so smooth and seamless. Everyone at the dealership was so kind, we even were a little late and they all stayed to finish paperwork and give my daughter a thorough overview of all the trucks features with no problems at all. The Dealership itself is clean and nice. Had a great selection of vehicles. There is a great lounge area for kids or anyone who would be with you while you’re doing the deal. We even got a nice pizza across the street from Pinkies. Pricing was on point, no dealer markup ever. We actually got it for 500 under MSRP. They had great financing, better rates than my credit union or bank. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase and the experience. Five stars all the way. If you have any reservations about a local dealer or trying to find a specific vehicle, I would highly recommend Toyota Walnut Creek. Again, the whole experience was amazing. Can’t thank them enough. We love our new Tacoma .

I am still in disbelief of my last experience while my 2021 car was in for service and repairs. It took a month to get an appointment. Car was in the shop for 3 weeks! It was returned beyond filthy with scratches to the interior (dropped off less than 24 hours after a professional carwash). I recently saw the marks on my roof rack as well that I never used. And to make things even worse, the major repair that was to be fixed during this long process was not remedied . To top it all, I have new issues with the car. I can't even comprehend what happened while my car was in service. Oh, and within 3 weeks, only one mile was recorded to my mileage (see images)?!
