*Excellent Customer Service - Shoutout to Benjamin Tate!* I've seen some mixed reviews here but purchasing my C43 amg from MB of Georgetown was stress free and amazing given the circumstances. I am out of state and the Benjamin gave me a full virtual tour of two cars and was responsive and understanding during the purchasing stage given the distance. They issued a notary less than 24 hours after my initial down payment and I got the car in 2 days despite being 10 hours away! The car is in great condition and couldn't be more satisfied. This is my first ever car purchase and the standard has been set high!

* AWFUL experience with Mercedes Benz Georgetown * As a proud owner of two Mercedes' over the past 10 years, I must say, the experience with MB Georgetown has been nothing short of AWFUL after my MB c300 car was totaled by hail in September 2023. I've always been loyal to MB Georgetown, whereas, I've paid a premium and serviced both my MB there over the past 10 years and I've sent countless people I know over to this location to purchase automobiles and even had a friend buy his Sprinter at the location. My issue began after I "foolishly" purchased a wheel and tire package (to cover flat tires and wheel damage), I foolishly purchased an extended warranty, and lastly, I foolishly purchased GAP insurance from MB Georgetown when I bought my MB c300 from Carlos. One would think this is great coverage, but when your car gets totaled it becomes a game of cat and mouse and a nightmare, where MB tries to keep as much money as possible (in my case ALL of the money I paid). I've been patiently waiting for Mercedes' esteemed partner of GAP INSURANCE, Group1, to payoff my loan balance from my car being totaled nearly SIX MONTHS AGO and all I get is the run around, on how it takes time, how it's a process, "blah, blah, blah." Meanwhile my credit has been all of ruined bc of the past due balance "waiting on MB esteemed partner" to payoff my loan with the GAP INSURANCE I bought from MB. I even went into MB Georgetown over a month ago, because of the absurdity of all this and explained my situation to Carrie La Tour (Finance Manager) who listened emphatically and promised to call me the same day but then I N-E-V-E-R heard from her again. As for any refunds on the wheel and tire package or the extended warranty packages I purchased with the car to the tune of $7,000-ha! I did not receive one penny back on either of theses purchases! Because of "blah, blah, blah"-if you have one flat changed it negates a refund, "blah, blah, blah." The toll this experience has taken on me both mentally & financially is immense. BAD EXPERIENCE and POOR customer service from an otherwise respected manufacturer. Signed, a very dissatisfied MB customer A.P.A.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT FACTORY ORDER AT THIS DEALERSHIP! If I could give this place zero stars I would. I placed a factory order for a C300 4MATIC on January 10, 2024 with Charles Griffin and made a $2500 deposit. Checked on my order a month later and was told by C. Griffin that it was still "sitting in request". He advised me to change the interior seat color with hopes that my order would move faster and be accepted. Okay no biggie, so I changed the interior seat color from AMG sienna brown/black to AMG Black. Build was modified Feb. 8 and surprisingly "accepted" the same day! Estimated production date was May, with a delivery in June. Cool! I was totally fine with the time frame of delivery, plus it allowed me more time to have a larger down payment. Well....since the day my order was "accepted" Charles Griffin made multiple attempts to sell me one of their inventory cars. I got weekly calls from him trying to get me to settle on a different car! He definitely wanted a quicker sale. But each time he called me I told him "no I'll wait for my build". On March 5th, Charles Griffin emailed me a build sheet for a C300 (NOT 4MATIC) that was being produced at an earlier date. He offered to shift my deposit if I agreed to accept the build. Since the build was much different from what I selected in my order, I declined his offer and told him I wanted to wait for my build to be completed. Well apparently that wasn't good enough for him, he had to get more crafty with his attempts to sell me. A couple of weeks went by and he called me with "good news", telling me my build had been produced earlier than expected! How exciting! Soon I received another call from Charles Griffin saying my car had shipped and he would email me the info pertaining to shipment. On April 15 he emailed me the build sheet and shipping information. To my surprise it was NOT the car that I ordered! Apparently he shifted my deposit to another build without my knowledge or consent and lied telling me MY BUILD was produced early and shipped! I immediately called and let him know that this wasn't what I ordered. He then tried to sales pitch me and persuade me to take the car, stating that I would save money because the car was cheaper than my build. UNBELIEVABLE! I asked him the status of MY BUILD (which was "accepted" on Feb 8th). He then tells me it hasn't been produced, order still sitting and wouldn't be complete until May! WOW! Lies lies lies!!! Charles Griffin is a LIAR! Shame! I immediately asked for my deposit back as I no longer trusted anything that came out of his mouth! He was so eager to make a sale, that he was willing to lie and be deceptive at all costs. Shift my deposit to a different build and then LIE and tell me my car had been produced early?!!! The audacity..... all to make a sale! Shame! As if I wouldn't have noticed at delivery right?!!. I guess maybe he thought I was very gullible. Well he definitely took a risk and blew his chance of making a sale. There are other dealerships out there! Thankfully I found a C300 4MATIC (same as my build) in stock at MERCEDES BENZ OF SELMA (9310 Corporate Dr, Selma, TX 78154) *See pictures* Got a GREAT deal over the phone AND had it delivered to my home..... free of charge! NEVER .....EVER will I recommend Charles Griffin at Mercedes Benz of Georgetown. He may seem like a nice salesman but don't be deceived....he ONLY wants to make a sale. "It ain't about the relationship, it's about the sale" He will do whatever it takes! So be careful factory ordering here, don't waste your time. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere! 3 months of wasted time dealing with this guy. I'm so glad it worked out in the end. I got exactly what I wanted.......elsewhere!

Bought a brand new 2024 Mercedes GLC from them. Awesome experience. The salesperson Adam Binford was very knowledgeable about all the enormous amount of technology the car has. He was very cooperative and stayed after hours at the dealership to close the deal the same day. Also, they give me a beautiful gift. Highly recommended :)
