The sales part was not too bad , quick and easy but that’s the last decent thing I can say! When purchasing in July I was promised and have it signed where they had a few minor things they were going to fix for me. Roll around 3 months later or no return calls I finally got ahold of Chris who says I’ll look into it and call you back. Here we are 3 months still waiting on call back. Left multiple messages and nothing. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Would not recommend for anyone to go here! After they make that commission on the sales they are pretty much done and can’t return a simple phone call. I’m now 8.5 months from purchase date still waiting on things they told me they had already ordered before we bought the vehicle! Never again will I purchase from them, wish it was possible to return my van and never have to deal with them again

My son and I purchased newTrailblazers on January 29, 2024. His email was entered incorrectly and, also the wrong phone number. We tried to get it corrected by contacting different people…a couple of them never returned our calls. We were also told that it was too much trouble to correct the email. This morning I called the service department and spoke to Libby. She corrected both of them while on the phone! This lady is awesome! She even gave us her own phone number! Kudos to Libby!

We delt with Roderick and Tom. They we're both great to work with and made our buying experience painless. We will definitely go back to Kenny Kent Chevrolet to buy again. Can't express enough how nice everyone was there.

Auto repair shop lied to me. Called me and said they'd found several problems with my car that needed to be addressed (I had left a message that clearly stated that I was only interested in necessary repairs) . On the invoice, these were listed in bright red and immediate attention required. So I signed for the the ridiculous $1.1k in repairs. The next day they call me with another problem that would cost me over $400! I asked how and why had my car been running fine if there was so much wrong with it? 'Oh, the others were just overdue preventative maintenance. This is the thing that actually needs repairs.' Nope, the recommended maintenance was listed in yellow. They had lied to me. Oh yes, they'd already done all the other work; the PROBLEMS that weren't problems at all. Pure, greedy money grabbing at the expense of a disabled woman. The manager said that he would speak to his employee and get to the bottom of the situation. He was supposed to call me with a resolution. Did he? NO. They closed without a word. What does it say about a business that you freely lie and cheat your clients for the sake of a quick buck?

Had have already bought two other vehicles from this dealership. Was looking for a luxury vehicle SUV. Had already looked at a couple when I talked my wife into looking at the Blazers. Wife took her trade in the day prior and was offered a reasonable price for it. Better yet, she wasn't pressured, wasn't spoke too in any disrespectful manner and was given accurate information. She set an appointment the follow morning for me to see the vehicle, speak to sales and management. I expressed what I was willing to be flexible on and what I wasn't, they were upfront about where they could work with me and where they couldn't. Wasn't given the oh we don't control this or that walk-around. Upfront and respectful, which is all that I ask in a business transaction. Found a flaw in the paint after leaving the dealership and took it back. Was set up immediately for a repair, no questions asked. Overall, great experience again. This makes my third vehicle I've purchased from this dealership and I can say with confidence, that I will revisit when it is time to get another one. Thanks to everyone at Kenny Kent Chevrolet!
