Rating: 1/5 - My experience with @Cars24 as a buyer has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a car from them, and from the outset, it was evident that their claims of thorough inspections and quality assurance were mere empty promises. Firstly, the delivery of the car was delayed by an astonishing three months due to engine issues that were supposedly covered under warranty. While I appreciated that they honored the warranty, the fact that such critical issues were present in a vehicle they claimed to have thoroughly inspected is inexcusable. Upon finally receiving the car, the problems persisted. The engine issues seemed to have been addressed, but a new problem emerged – the clutch. It's baffling how a company that prides itself on quality assurance could miss such a significant problem during their supposed inspections. The lack of communication throughout the process was frustrating. Getting updates on the status of the repairs and delivery was like pulling teeth. It seemed as though they were more interested in getting the sale done than ensuring customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, when the car was finally delivered, additional issues were identified that were not present before the repairs. It felt like they had rushed through the process, neglecting the quality of their work and leaving me with a vehicle that was far from the reliable purchase I had expected. Overall, my experience with Cars24 has left me deeply disappointed. I would caution anyone considering purchasing a car from them to think twice and explore alternative options. The headaches, delays, and additional problems were simply not worth the hassle. Cars24 needs to seriously reevaluate their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
