I had a flat tire and made it the dealership in time to fix it. I arrived at 10 am and didn't get out until 1:30 pm. over 3 hours to get my tire fixed. The guy that wrote me up, AL, said I had a couple of cars ahead of me. I didn't know one was a brake job. I created a stink, the tire was fixed in 10 minutes. I will never go back for service at Hawthorne Chevrolet again. To treat customers like this is terrible. Bill Harris I would like to update my review. I was called by the Service Manager and he apologized and satisfactorily explained why there was such a problem that day. I accepted that answer and appreciated the prompt response I got and look forward to doing business with them again.

As it always is the check in area was very clean and welcoming The service tech could not have been any more pleasant and knowledgeable. She treated me like a family member. Great asset to the company.

I recently leased a 2023 Tahoe from Hawthorne Chevy. I first visited in October of 2022 and learned that they did not have any new vehicles on the lot and therefore I needed to order one. I worked with JR to pick out what I wanted in the truck, which resulted in me having a car with everything I wanted. It did take several months for the car to arrive, but JR communicated with me along the way so I always knew the status. I wasn't sure if I was going to buy or lease the car, so when it came in, I sat back down with JR and we ran all the numbers and the different options so I could make a decision I was comfortable with. When I came to pick up the car, the paperwork process was very easy and quick. As I went to drive the car off the lot, I had a tire with low air pressure. JR acted quickly and got me in for service right away. Overall, I was very happy with my experience with JR and Hawthorne Chevy!

Going into the dealership was helpful. I am still dealing with closing a lease on a car that I don't have anymore. It was explained to me as easy as turning in a check, so dealship didn't have to write a check and I have to write a check. I was to pay the difference, but am now having trouble paying the credit union and getting this resolved. This should not be my job to close the deal with a credit company that you chose for me. I was given no paperwork to bring to the credit union because dealership said they would mail us a bill. That never came. Credit union said the dealership had the payoff amount and they should have given me that paperwork and other papers along with it. A month into this deal I am left to deal with the leg work
