We were helped by Logan. We went in and told him exactly what we were looking for. He showed us the car, gave us options for an upgrade, told us the next steps, kept in contact with us the rest of the afternoon and later that night we were driving away with a beautiful Traverse! Smooth, effortless, and probably the best car buying experience we’ve had! On top of that he’s reached out to check in to remind us to program Onstar. I’d also like to mention that everyone we interacted with at Gunn were genuinely nice people. You could just tell they cared for their customers. Hands down an awesome experience. First things first, whoever’s reading this You and I know nothing will be done. I’m absolutely fine with that. Life goes on. I will be 100% honest because I received and was expecting a email asking for my experience. Which I was told to ignore or not rate or write a review If I had a bad experience. I did not have a Great/Good experience for a first time truck buyer. I’ll leave it there. Update: Received a call from the Manger wanting me to explain what happened for them to improve and not let it happen to another buyer. After hearing me, went ahead and asked If I would be willing to redo the survey with an excellent review, also offered free car wash. I was honest again and told him I was not going to lie on the review he was about to send again. Now I absolutely do not feel comfortable taking the Truck to the Dealer for servicing. Respectfully do not contact me Thank you

We are not from the local area but called with an engine light trouble which shortly would have made us unable to drive. On top of all this we were leaving the next day to fly to Indiana for a week. The Service Department was so wonderful. We were able to drop off our truck and were able to take the shuttle with a very kind driver to the airport and enjoy our time. We returned and the shuttle picked us up to return to the dealership to pay for the finished repair. We cannot thank Gunn Chevrolet enough for the fabulous service and kindness we were shown.

I have been to many dealerships but this is the best dealership. It was an easy process. Our salesman Logan was the best! He was patient and knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend going here if you are in need of a vehicle.

I arrived on a Saturday morning, no appointment & in full panic on the amount out fluid that was staining my garage floor. Paul greeted me & as I explained what was happening, he calmed me down & stopped me from pulling my hair out. Paul took my car in, still unsure of the issue & got me a ride home. He assured me he would take care & find the issue. Within 2 hours & while I'm home searching for decent rental car, I received a diagnostic with recommendations. I accepted & continued to look for a rental but the...Paul called, said it's being worked on, and it was ready by 1530! It gets better...I arrived to get my car & it was vacuumed, washed & I know it was buffed because it was showroom shiny. I was at a loss for words. I hugged him & cried because he went above & beyond & that's rare. From Paul to the Tier one tech that worked my car, to the tech that cleaned my car to the tech that took me home...it was all A+. It's rare to get all that in one service but wow, it happened & I have Paul to thank. He certainly set the tone for this type of service. Thank you. Very much appreciated & I'm still bragging about the service I received.
