We worked together over the phone for a couple days and agreed on numbers, etc. The only thing I had to do was test drive the car and go through finance with Brandon (who was fantastic). Car buying is rarely an enjoyable process but this was truly quick and easy. We arrived around 5:30 and left with our new car by 8:30. I was able to test drive several vehicles and there was absolutely no pressure at all to buy. Dylan in sales and Brandon in finance were both super helpful. We will definitely come back. I love my new Audi Q5! I also forgot some prescription sunglasses in my trade-in and they emailed me back quickly that they grabbed them out of the vehicle for me. Thanks guys!

Their response is incorrect. Tyler Arnold at their Northwest location sold us this car a few weeks ago. Con artists. They sold us a car with bad shocks/struts, along with around 10 other things they were supposed to fix. They now refuse to fix them, instead insisting on committing fraud by having me wait 30 days to fix them so they can fraudulently bill the extended warranty company for the preexisting issues, earning money off the repairs instead of fixing them before selling vehicles. When I refused, their scam just kept getting worse. They ignore my calls, rarely return my calls, and they are doing all they can to try to push this past 30 days. Then, their service manager, who isn’t listed as a certified mechanic, tried telling me that the struts being covered in thick oil wasn’t an issue, he wiped the oil off and they were fine. I asked where 1/4” of caked on oil on the shock absorber was coming from, if not the shock, and he couldn’t answer that. However, they would be happy to replace them if they could bill the warranty company, showing you how dishonest these people are. When I called a scam a scam, they changed their argument yet again, this time claiming the sales person only wrote that they would inspect them, so they are only going to inspect them and not replace them (however, if I agree to letting them commit fraud and bill the warranty company, the shocks will go from “fine” to needing repaired). Just look at the pics, these shocks/struts are obviously bad. I wasted a day driving there to get all of the promised repairs done, and all they did was fix a coin holder. They have yet to make any of the other promised repairs, and they avoid my calls by having the phone person claim they aren’t available. They were supposed to replace a taillight full of water. They only covered it with silicone and then tried reattaching it to the vehicle using a zip tie. They also claimed to have replaced the brakes before listing it for sale, but they did it incorrectly. They were supposed to put a new trailer hitch cover on, but they used one on from a different model year that didn’t fit so they jammed it into the opening and left it hanging off the bumper. Stay away from here. Once you sign the papers they hide and refuse to take responsibility for anything. Their “garage” is a sham, as well.

Immediately reached out via email and was met with quick responses. I was with family for the holidays, and Fishers Imports was able to work with me on the deal via text. By the time I arrived at the dealer, I test drove the car, and was out the door driving home in less than an hour. Great selection, great prices, better service. Already have recommended to my family, but would recommend to anyone in the market for a new car.
