Excellent ! It is always a pleasure to visit Ferrari Silicon Valley. I was recently there for a quick check-up for the SF90 based on a scheduled appointment. Everything went as planned. Sarah was very courteous in the service and explained what it takes and even courteously arranged for my rides to office and home. She was on her way out when I reached to pick my car up and stayed for a few more minutes and went over things with me. Always a pleasure to meet Keith who sold the vehicle to me. He let me test drive another vehicle when I went to pick my car up as we planned.

I was very happy with my service experience. I had been taking my car to the dealership in Marin for service after 2 bad experiences at Silicon Valley. I heard that the dealership had been sold and thought I would give it a try since it’s about 1 1/2 hours closer to home. I told Carlo that he had re-established my confidence in Ferrari of Silicon Valley. He called at the end of day 1 to let me know that my car would be ready to go the next morning, asked what time I would like to pick it up, and it was ready when I got there. Carlo was a pleasure to work with and I’ll be back.

I have worked with Silicon Valley Ferrari a few times over the past 3 years to service my 458. This is just after the current owners took over operations. Each time their service department planned ahead, ordered parts, performed service or repairs promptly, and communicated throughout the process. I have worked with the same staff over these visits. Sara Brittis is exceptional to work with. Carter Dumps (mechanic) is always patient in answering my questions about the car or services being performed. Chris Blank (GM) has always checked in to be sure their service standards are being met. I did not expect to rave about service at a dealership, but the entire staff earns this praise.
