Yet another first class trade and purchase with Carlos at Ferrari of Miami. Over the last few years and several cars later, Carlos has continuously remained in touch. He truly cares enough to go the extra mile. This type of customer support is rare and hard to find in any industry. When I decided I was ready to try something else, Carlos was my first call. He had an amazing machine available and ready to go. Within just a few hours, we came to an agreement, and I was on my way down to Ferrari of Miami again. We met promptly first thing the next morning, just as planned. He greeted me at my vehicle and escorted me to my new ride for a quick look and test drive. Everything was perfect, just as we had discussed. Carlos had everything prepared, knowing I was driving back to Lake Mary after completing the paperwork. Attended the grand opening last night. From the minute the guests arrived, they were treated like royalty. The valet was courteous and efficient. The ladies at the check-in greeted everyone with a smile. As expected, the facility was gorgeous. Clean, contemporary and crisp. The cars on the display were excellent and properly arranged. There was a lot of space to move around. The staff was attentive, polite and professional. They were happily mingling, and knew most of the guests, especially the loyal Ferrari clients. The catering was also superb and cocktails were flowing all night. Delicious pass bites were popping up everywhere plus there were several action stations including fresh brick oven pizza, risotto and granitas from La Centrale just to name a few. This grand opening was indeed over the top! Visited today again just to get a more personal experience and was very impressed. This new Ferrari dealership is definitely a must to see and a great addition to the neighborhood.

Car sales is an industry where many remain wary of hidden motives and high-pressure sales tactics. Not the case here, at least with Carlos Tamayo, my sales advisor. I felt he has empathy and genuine interest for the customer, and it shows in the quality of the service he provides. What could have been a stressful decision, actually turned out to be a pleasant experience. A feeling I can't say I've had often in the automotive world. His manager (Leo, I think), was very transparent in negotiations and very easy to make business with. As everything purchasing, the proof is always in the post-sales. And Carlos reached out to check in on any further questions or issues. Great service. Definitely highly recommended.
