My husband always said he would never buy a car without seeing it first, but a friend of his had recently had a great experience with Earth Motor Cars out of Carrolton Texas so he figured well, why not Check it out. He signed up for the auction site and from that point on he was hooked. Daily he was online checking out what was coming up and what had sold and for how much. He found a 66 Blue Chevelle that he liked and bid on it. It had shaved door handles, a fob that opened the doors. The engine bay was absolutely stunning! The firewall was smooth and when you get to the trunk you have a complete sound system! After he won the auction and had the car trailered to our home, Unfortunately, the remote no longer worked and the windows didn’t go up and down any longer. My husband contacted Earth Motor Cars and dealt with Austin in the service department along with Frank Cortese through Bring a Trailer. They were both outstanding to deal with. We knew we bought a car AS-IS, but the videos which were on line showed the fob opening the doors and the windows showed that they could go up/down. Actually, they had replaced a regulator motor prior to shipment. Austin told my husband take it and get it fixed, we will stand behind what we sold. We went and got an estimate, sent it to them and he said go ahead with the repairs. We had the windows repaired and a new fob for the door. They sent a check to cover what the estimate was. Talk about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, they didn’t have to fix anything as it was an auction and bought AS-IS and we knew that, but we were lucky we were buying from a reputable company. We had an amazing experience overall! Buying a car online from an auction site can be a rewarding way to find your dream car at a great price. However, it also involves some risks and challenges that you should be aware of before bidding. I had a hard time figuring out how to place a review online for Earth Motor Cars so Sylvia in the service dept walked me through the process. So helpful from beginning to end. I would have no problem referring my family and friends to Earth Motor Cars if they were in the market for a car, truck or classic vehicle. They are a customer-based car company. Customers come first which is refreshing in today’s environment.

Absolutely wonderful purchasing experience here. As an “exotics” dealer, Tony Luu and the rest of the staff here do an exemplary job of being approachable, open, and transparent without any red tape or hoops to jump through. From an initial test drive, to financing, to pick up, working with this dealer was easy and felt genuine.
