Excellent experience!! Zach, our salesman, was far better than anything we've ever had! He went over and above to make sure we were taken care of! Couldn't have asked for anything more. He was very personable and knowledgeable of all the cars on the lot. Financing was a dream too! Quick and painless plus they gave me more for my trade in than anyone else. Got my rate lower than promised too! Highly recommend these guys!! The place was so clean and everyone was very friendly. Will never go anywhere else. If you are looking for a new car go see them! I had been shopping 5 straight days for a vehicle, things didn't work out until I came upon Crest Nissan. The moment I pulled in the parking lot, I knew it was different there. The parking lot and inside the building were clean and not cluttered. I didn't realize it at the time but the detail they put into making their space so comfortable, organized and clean helped me feel at ease and confident in them. My salesperson was Shantiv Dalal. He and his manager, Jeff worked together and listened to exactly what I needed (I had very specific guidelines I needed to stay within) and Shantiv showed me several options that were all within those guidelines. Never once did he present an option I couldn't afford. That kind of caring and trust is rare. The process moved quickly from start to finish. Even going to financing to finish the process was a breeze and Jimmy made it memorable. The waiting area is nice, the furniture is clean. The restrooms are also very clean. I sound like a clean freak but I had been to so many dealerships that my expectations were lowered and this place was like a breath of fresh air. Whether you want a new or pre-owned vehicle, I suggest you make it easy on yourself and visit here first. To be honest, had I not visited 8-10 other dealerships before them, I may not have known how great they actually are. Ask for Shantiv, he's FANTASTIC!!! The cherry on top, they have a pebble ice machine. 😁 Another example of their excellence.

Had a great experience with the location. They made my car buying experience a breeze, make sure to go and see Mike finance manager I believe, he worked on the numbers and offered a very decent price on my trade. Mike also made sure that we were happy and satisfied even after driving off the lot, many dealers don’t care as soon as you leave. I visited a few dealerships before and their advertised prices did not match in person price (always higher in person) but not this dealership, they not only honored the price advertised but also explained additional incentives I qualified for.
