Sergio and sales manager Brandon both were super helpful and were very nice and made sure they took care of everything with no hesitation i would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family because of how they treated us from the phone call to the trip down there they were just so good to us that alone made us want to go home in a vehicle and we did .

I needed to buy a car and my brother referred me Richard. I contacted Richard and he responded me right away on Friday night. I met Richard at Cardinaleway Mazda Peoria. He listened to me what kind of car I am looking for. He showed me two cars Nissan Kicks and Mazda CX30. I did test drive Mazda CX30 and fall in love with Mazda CX30. Richard gave me discounts and he friendly car sales man. He delivered my new car to my home. He is a great guy !Thank You Richard for your help.

The dealership is clean and very welcoming. Von was very patient with a smile, very well informed, direct and to the point yet very polite. The connection and energy he gives is very positive, he went above and behind. The GM came out and was extremely helpful as well in doing everything in his power to make sure we were satisfied.

Scratched my vehicle before I drove it off the lot. Did a bad bandaid fix that failed first carwash. Daniel berated me when I mentioned this in a review. Insisted they can't remove LoJack for $600. Failed to install LoJack properly twice. Called LoJack and they said this dealer missed the last step in installation 2 times so on the 2nd time just transferred the device to my name so it would function as intended. How are you going to force people to buy a vehicle with something you don't know how to install properly? I canceled my VSC with them because of the service being so poor. The service Department is a joke. Don't buy a vehicle here or get a vehicle serviced here if you care about it. I also noticed a rattle behind the steering wheel since my last visit for the LoJack install. Turns out it was the LoJack install that created the rattle. It's wired to the obd2 port if anyone wants to remove theirs. The rats nest of wires with the red and green light is the device, which rattles against the plastics near it.

Garrett the service consultant was nothing short of outstanding in his delivery of costumer service. I believe that more dealerships need more guys like him in the service department! In addition I’d like to add that Corey (one of the technicians/transport drivers) is also to thank for his smooth driving. There is a great number of irresponsible drivers out here in AZ, but I felt that I was in good hands with Corey operating the wheel! Thank you CardinaleWay Mazda for your dedication and care for the costumer concerns and well being. I will definitely be coming back any time I have any concerns with my vehicles!
