My partner and I went to Birmingham Broker to look at an FRS that had been sitting on their lot for a little while. She has been communicating with Keith letting him know we were on the way so we drove 2 hours to look at the car. When we got there were told she could not test drive it because she would “wear out the clutch”. After having the vehicle checked out at the shop next door (which was AMAZING), it had numerous issues we needed to talk about so we went back to his office to chat. She was trying to talk to him about the car and completely ignored her. He was on his phone responding to text messages and never once gave us the respect to even talk about the car with us. He’s incredibly rude when he *thinks* the buyer might not be serious. She even made an offer that he shrugged off saying “there’s no way I can do that”, turns out he could because the car got lowered a few days later. It was quite obvious that since she was a female he didn’t trust her with the car AND he didn’t want to give her the time of day for even talking about price. Do not recommend this place at all. She even wrote a review shortly after and it seems to have been taken down. Super sketchy. Don’t shop here.

I bought a vehicle from them years ago and had a great experience. I have referred them, and spoke highly of them, to many friends and family who have bought vehicles from them. I recently tried to buy another vehicle from Birmingham Broker, and long story short, I was eventually brushed aside after inquiring about a vehicle on four different occasions within 7 days. Don’t waste your time, they no longer respond to phone calls and text messages.
