Audi of Jacksonville called me directly and rectified my issue from a previously purchased CPO 2018 S4, so I am changing my review to 5 stars. My sales person was fantastic when purchasing the car. I live a few hours away so we were able to complete most of it prior to some going to the dealer. They gave me a fair price on my trade and on the sale. Overall I am satisfied with the level of service I received and would buy through them again.

Dropped my car off for a diagnostic and some recommendations… after they trying to tell me everything was wrong with my car besides windshield (clearly a sale tactic for me to sell my car and by a new one) they service center broke a part in my car, and put 2 sided sticky tape on it to decieve me to thinking it was fixed (see pics) and returned my car with an “AirBag” light on. The dealership said they would send and replace the part, almost a yr later and still no part arrived for the broken par they stop returning my call about the air bag light that was not on prior to me taken my car in for a diagnostic…

Audi sold me a rusted through truck in April for $35.5k financed plus $9k directly in cash to the dealer. I asked for their trade in offer of $25k in cash so that I wouldn’t have to enter even greater debt to them for yet another used vehicle. They refuse to do this so that I can be free to take my business elsewhere. How did their professional inspectors miss painted over rust damage this severe?? I feel that my naivety and trust were taken advantage of and I have begged them to do the right thing.

As a Business owner with limited time to purchase a vehicle, I was looking for someone honest, professional, and full of positive energy. Well, I found it / him. Adam Jay Hammersky is an absolute professional. If all salespeople were like him, the car buying experience would change. We negotiated all of the terms over the phone and scheduled a call with finance too. He continually checked on the status of the deal and would send me personalized videos of the vehicle. There is no surprise why this guy is crushing the game at Audi Jacksonville. A 10/10.

The sales, management and financing is amazing at this location. They hear you out and honestly try to work around your needs. I’ve done business with a lot of dealerships in town and this has by far been the best experience I’ve had.
