I began searching for a Buick and found one listed with a price that seemed too good to be true, considering the mileage and the appearance based on several pictures from America's Xtreme (AX) Auto's website. I was a bit apprehensive at first, after given the fact that the vehicle I was considering came with a rebuilt/branded title. However, my sales rep, Mathew (Matt) gave a very informative and detailed description of the business model used by AX Autos. Their selective process combined with a skilled refurbish technique, results in a quality vehicle that you can place side by side against the same model vehicle that you would find in another dealership, and you would be hard pressed to see any differences. They carry many high-end vehicles from a variety of makes and models, and from the moment I walked in the showroom, I knew AX Autos was a top-notch organization. Matt was extremely attentive to all my questions and did not push me in any buying direction. I was free to walk the lot and take my time reviewing several vehicles. Once I had made my selection (and it was not the Buick I initially had come to see), Matt guided me through the entire purchasing process without any surprises. Everyone at AX Autos was very friendly and upbeat. I was impressed enough to refer several friends, based on my experience. If you are considering the purchase of a late model vehicle, I highly recommend you consider AX Autos as one of your stops. If you decide to stop by or give them a call, ask for Matt, he will treat you like a family member.

First of all, I am very happy with my purchase from America's Xtreme car dealership. The staff was nice, and the showroom was clean and shining, with an elegant and roomy interior. I would also like to thank Mr Steve, for working with us through the entire process. He had a very welcoming energy, and was in constant communication with us the whole time. His efficient working style enabled us to get the deal done in a timely manner. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experince, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for their next automobile.

The day I test drove the car I brought up it was pulling to right, and backup camera was not coming on and was promised it will all be fixed tomorrow by 2. When I came the next day and signed the paper work, they tried to sneak in extended warranty until I pointed it out that I didn’t approve this. Then they made me and my family wait for 4 hours, until 6:30 and kept lying saying car is fixed it just needs is to be cleaned. After countless times of them saying it will only be few more mins, we went to the back of dealership to see the car was not even being worked on. We were tired of waiting and were told to come back tomorrow with car and when we got in the problems were still there and it was not even cleaned inside nor washed outside. Nothing was done to it and to make it worse they handed me a key fob that was not original and didn’t have the key inside so I can get in, in case battery if car died. They also didn’t not even fill up the gas tank, and said first we have to leave a good review and then they will fill car with a full tank of gas. As I drove off the car alignment was also not fixed and I texted them right away. The very next day I got a check engine light and I texted them the picture and was told to come in that day, mind you I live an hour away and when I got there they made me sit and wait 4 more hours to tell me that they can’t fix the issues today, and that I would have to leave it for 2 more days. The next I brought it back and left it for 2 days, and got text saying it’s ready only to get there and neither was the camera fixed or the alignment, and the check engine light came back on once again after I drove off the lot. They reset the code, and filled 38 psi air on the bakc tires to try to fix the alignment problem. I talked to them once again, and the manager Reene said I would have to leave the car for 3 and a half more days. This is getting ridiculous I told him, I live an hour away and this would be the 4th time I am bringing the car back for the same issues, and they wouldn’t even give me a loner car, When I texted him on thr 4th day to pick the car, he said we need it for another few more days and that 3rd party shop has my car, which was a lie as one of the other coworker there told me car is in the back being worked on. When I asked what’s the name of this 3rd party shop, the manager said he does not know and he can’t find out either….. I asked why is a car with only an alignment and backup camera taking this long, he reply’s back rude and loud saying we don’t have to fix anything, you can come pick up the car as is and that’s that. Even tho I never should have let the parking lot with those problems, even tho they promised to fix these prombles, and on top it’s literally covered in their extending warranty they gave me. Renee really had the audacity to said if I can’t be patience with him, then I can pick up car, and he won’t fix. My car has spent more days there being worked on than in my possession. Makes no sense I’m paying for a car note and insurance and I’m not even driving the car. How am I supposed pay for a car if I can’t use it for work. They gave me the craziest run around, and started ignoring my phone calls until I called from a different number. They promised after this time if the problems comes back, they will write me a check to get it fixed at another shop, and surprise, surprise the same problems and he said I can take 150 and that’s all he will give me and said the cars not covered with their extended compliment warranty they gave me, which I have the paper work for. Stuck with a Lemon with check engine on, pulls to the right and backup and screen do not work . I dare anyone to comment saying otherwise, because not only do I have all the text messages I have exchanged, I have video recording of every conversation. so please try to lie about any of this so I can post the proof and expose you frauds.

I had such a great experience today here. I was pretty wide open to what i was looking for, ranging from old, reliable cars to a newer Audi and even a Porsche. Steve Nkamigbo was really helpful and patient and secured me with a really great deal. I ended up being practical and getting a gorgeous newer car! My boyfriend is planning to come here to buy his next car in a few months now! I highly recommend!
